Year-end reflection: What have I accomplished this year?

     This year will end, if ask me what I have done this year, I think I couldn’t say something at a while. But I think carefully, I have done one thing that I really want to do from the past. That is doing a part-time job, I haven’t done this before. Why I really want to do this, because I want to earn money by myself and want to experience the work’s feeling. So I have done my part-time job’s journey, I choose the beverage store named DaYung’s. This is my favorite store before I do the part-time job there. Then, I like my part-time job very much and I can have a passion to face every customer that I don’t know why. However, I have done my small desire before the end of 2018.

     Actually, I think I am not too hard in my study in 2018, so I hope I can put more mind on Japanese and English. I hope I can prepare TOEIC and JLPT well in 2019, and still be a kind, optimistic person, then make others feel warm, happy. 

Memories about Christmas

     Christmas is a romantic event, but in Taiwan, I think no many people spend time celebrating Christmas. Many people just the Christmas trees are beautiful, and take some photos, they won’t celebrate at that day. As for me, I just like wonderful Christmas trees and want to take some photos with them. Approximatively to Christmas, many streets, trees are decorated many decoration with Christmas. And some stores will broadcast some Christmas songs.

     When I was a child, my family celebrated the Christmas, they gave me some presents in the sock and bought a Christmas tree to decorate. Then, telling me those gifts was given from Santa, and they told me many stories about Santa. And we almost celebrated Christmas every years, but I gradually grew up, we didn’t celebrate. I really missed my child’s time, because we celebrated Christmas together.

     However, I spend Christmas’s time with my friends or boyfriend now. Actually, we just change the Christmas’s gift or go out to eat some meal and spend the Christmas. Last, I think the most important thing is not events, is a who company with you to cross over the events. 

Soul travel

If I won't considering time and budget, I think I will go to Macau first. When I was a child, I really want to go there, because there are many World Culture Heritages. And I saw them in my school book, I want to see them personally. Then, the most important thing is the Macau Tower, I feel like going Bungee Jump there. I think in my life that I should do some Extreme Sports. After going Macau, I will continue with going towards west.

     However, next place is Xinjiang, why I choose this place, because this place is pure and doesn’t develop. And at there, I can see the best view, wonderful nature and some cute, rare animals. Actually, I am going to go to Europe. Then, the country I want to go that is France, since I think France is very romantic and there is many famous tourist attraction. As Banks of Louvre, Eiffel Tower, The Palace of Versailles…and so on. Last, I have many places that I really want to go, but I just can image those place. But I think maybe I can go to those places in the future. And I hope I can find someone to go with me in the future, because we can share our what happens without using the phone, and also take each other. To sum up, travel can make people’s mood rejoice, and learn some experiences at the same time.  

My special tiny talent(s) 不為人知之秘密才能

     In the world, everyone has their own talent. And these special tiny talents aren't common, these are heard by others will be said: " what special talents". As using the tongue to fold out lotus flower, folding your thumb to reverse direction and using his hand to flip his eyelid out...and so on. Above those I said, I watch those personally because those who do it are my friends. And those special talents that somethings make me scared, but I think those are fabulous.

     However, what is my talent, I still find it. But if must say one, I think is that I can make small children like me easily. I don’t know why maybe I have children’s karma. For example, if I see the child was held by their hands, and we see each other that any child will smile at me. And some children from my cousin, they will be clingy on me continuously. Then, if they didn’t see me, they will tell to their parents that they want to get along with me. I think this is also a special talent. To sum up, hope everyone can find their real special talents, including me. 

My ideal job

     When I was a child, my dream ideal job was to become a teacher. That time I thought when students study and test, teachers could be comfortable to do anything that they want. And I thought the teacher’s salary is very full and thick, so my child’s dream wants to become a teacher. Gradually, my thought changes and changes with the time. I consider my ideal job wouldn’t watch the external, and I will think about many as money, my hobby…and so on.

     However, many people choose their ideal job will think over the job’s place, money, environment. And I think the most important is this job whether your love or not. Then, when you do this job, you feel happy or not. But many people do the job just for money, so they weren’t happy in their mind. In the future, if I can choose my ideal job, I will choose the job that I really want to do. Thus, I will choose to be a teacher or translator, because I understand their job’s working content which I choose. Then, those two jobs attract me, since that can help people and can teach something that I know to other people. To sum up, I hope I can follow my heart and continue to learn hard that I can achieve my dream and find my ideal job. 

My writing experience

     When I was a senior high school student, I have to learn how to write an essay in Chinese. Because every exam will have, I study hard to learn how to write, but I can’t get a good point in the essay. So, I ask our teacher how to do the better, my teacher tells me that you read more and more novels, essays, newspapers…and so on. And now, I still feel writing a good essay in Chinese isn’t easy for me. Since I follow my teacher saying, I think my writing doesn’t be better. Maybe, I don’t find the way that is really fitting me. However, I think I haven’t some tips to share with you because I am also learning now.
     And I want to talk with my writing in English and Japanese, I think I will want to write better at my essay in English. That I think I should learn much words in books and dictionaries. Then, I must learn many grammars that I can decorate my sentences. But I think that won’t easy to do that, so I also learn how to write better. Last, I think writing article in Japanese is the most difficult than others. Perhaps I am the first time to write the Japanese article when I just promote to sophomore. Then, I will learn more about the Japanese article and read more. Thus, I hope I can understand more about how to write it and I hope I can write better and better regardless of any languages.

Marriage: Pro and con, my imagination

I think I will get married in the future because I really like home. And home brings me some safety and let my mind at ease. Like my father and my mother bring me a warm, fabulous home. Although sometimes they would quarrel with each other, I ever see one of them want to leave each other. So, they make me feel they have a strong relationship, and they decide to follow each other to older. Then they just choose to marry. However, I hope I can find my marriage as my father and mother in the further.

But I think people keep good marriage aren’t easy since they sometimes divorce in order to money, children, own personality…some problems. Thus, many people at now they want to choose single or not marriage because in the marriage you will distress many things. Nevertheless, I know those may be will happen in the future, I also choose to get married. Because, I think this is a part of my life, I want to experience and solve those problems. And if someday I have children, I think I will give them my full love. To sum up, I hope I have a good marriage in the future and have a good life. 

If I could choose where to be born and grow up, which country or place/city would I choose?

     This question is very interesting because I never think this before. And I muse this question for a long time. Then, If I could choose where to be born and grow up, I will choose Sydney in Australia. Although, I haven’t been there, I through the TV program, YouTube channel, books to see many beautiful views and have many different buildings as Opera House, Sydney Tower…and so on. And I like the Sydney climate and weather.

     Besides those reasons, the most cause is that I can speak English after I born, and I can learn English naturally. Then, I grow up I can speak English fluently because English is the native language in Sydney. However, I can’t afraid to speak to any foreigners, I can learn English easily if I born in Sydney. And I think I will be more positive and energetic because I think people in there are hospitable. Afterward, I think Sydney’s public security is better than in Europe so I would choose Sydney. Last, I still love Taiwan, in my mind, I think Taiwan is the best country in the world. 

What if Chinese becomes the global language?

What if the Chinese become the global language, I think it is an advantage and disadvantage. Because I think I can go anywhere that I want, and I won’t afraid that I won’t communicate with others. And I needn't worry about the change project from the school that I can’t chat with foreigners. Then, if some guys ask you how to study Chinese, you can proud to teach them. When I go aboard, I will feel familiar, because I hear my native language.  But I think Chinese is difficult to learn, so if others want to learn may spend more time than learning English. However, I feel it will be boring because Chinese can’t like English that has many different accents. And I will lose the motivation to learn other languages since Chinese is the global language. Last, I think many people will want to move to Taiwan because Chinese is the native language in Taiwan and they can learn Chinese in Taiwan. To sum up, I don’t hope the Chinese become the global language.

Englishes

English is a subtle thing. Sometimes I like it, but sometimes I hate it. When I was a child, I was sent to the English cram school to learn English, from that time I dislike English a lot. But when I grow up, I find English’s interesting dot and I like English gradually. However, I think English has difficult thing, as it has many grammars, tenses. And I must remember what time that I can use, although foreigners can’t care about the grammar that what you say. But I think if I can’t learn the grammar, tense well that what I can say to the foreigners. So I practice many times, and also learn hard from teacher. Then, I also watch the movie to learn. Besides grammar, tense that I need to learn how to talk with others smoothly. And I will imitate the movie or videos’ people’s saying, then request I can speak it. Last, I hope my English can improve more and more. 

YZU Legend

Today, I want to tell a ghost story that I hear from my friend. First, it is about the girls’ dorm. On every floor, there must have one refrigerator and many people will put their foods that they don’t eat in it. But, someday, some people in four floors, they find their all food that takes a bite by someone. And they think that is someone is uncareful to eat, so they don’t think more. Then, someday, a girl in their room is always left their room at 12 o’clock. They think she maybe has something to do, so they don’t ask her. But, they still find their food takes a bite, and they decide to see the truth besides the refrigerator. So, they choose a night they hide by the wall and they want to see who always eat their food. Then, they finally wait, someone, to approach the refrigerator. However, they are shocked when they watch that moment. They see their roommate who is a girl that always leave their room at 12 o’clock that she use the大法師’s posture to move fast to approach the refrigerator and then eat their food. When they are watching her to eat their food, suddenly that girl still keeps 大法師’s posture and move fast in front of them. And ask them “Do you guys want to eat with me?” and show her horrible smile.

Write in someone/something else’s voice to describe something about yourself

     Hi, I am Laura's pencil case. You can call me the strawberry bear. And I remember I start to follow her that she was a senior high school’s student. I have companied her for a long time. Then, I never regret that she bought me from the stationary store because I think she is the good owner. Although she sometimes forgets where am I, and let me be stared by many strangers. But I think she isn’t on purpose, because she takes me to anywhere if she needs. And she loves clear, so she makes me tidy and neat that she will let me take a bath. However, I see many tests, because I go with Laura every time. Whenever big tests, small tests, TOEIC …and so on. Then, I think she is sometimes nervous, so she can’t do her best on each test. And I think she studies hard that she just need some luck. Last, I remind one thing that is important suddenly, it is that I hope she can pull my zipper gently and put me in the bag the same. To sum up, I think I will be with her forever because I think she loves me and needs me very much. And I hope you can’t tell me what I say about her, thank you, I strawberry bear.

An informal email to yourself in ten years

How are you, Laura? I think you should confuse why I write this letter to you, because I want to know what kind of job you do and what kind of person you become. I hope you find the job that you interest and enjoy.  And in ten years, I think you become mature and you can decide what you want to do. Then, I think you can balance many things and you can control the time. Because you couldn't distribute your time before ten years, I haven't found the way to solve it. But I think many things appear it will teach you something and have the deep meaning, so when you met something difficult in future that you won't give up. Since for my personality, I won't say I can't do it. However, hope you will follow your step and proceed your dream. And help me to complete my goal, thank you, Laura. Enjoy and live every day!

★My favorite English channel☆

     My favorite English channel is Stopkiddinstudio. Why I love this channel because this channel can make me understand others' countries culture. And in their video, I can see people from everywhere in the world. Then, I see their video, I won't feel boring, because their shooting way let the video fun. In the meantime, I can hear different accents from different places. 

     Those videos are also from Stopkiddinstudio. Then those videos are about the foreigners' challenge and pronunciation, I think those are very interesting. Because I can see many foreigners challenge our food or our culture, and their responses make me fun. And pronunciation that I can learn different wheres' accent, I think this thing is very cool and I can also learn how to talk to foreigners. I really like this English channel, since this channel can bring me very more knowledge.
